Und schau ob es da das passende "Start/Stop-Spindown-Utility" gibt
Es gibt dort auf jeden Fall dieses Utility, jedoch gibts das glaub auch nicht für alle My Book-Varianten ... Aber wenn deine Variante das Spindown hat, dann sollte es auch ein Programm geben, dass für deine Variante passt

Hallo Gemeinde,
ich habe seit geraumer Zeit eine externe Festplatte - Western Digital MyBook.
Das Gerät schaltet nach gewisser Zeit von alleinee in den Standby - absolut nervig wenn man anschließend wieder auf irgendwas mal eben zugreifen will.
Finde nirgends eine Lösung oder Software den Standby Modus zu deaktivieren.
Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?
