Im not sure if shes a better fighter, because if spiderman uses his Strenght, Speed and Agility to their fullest he can probably defeat her. But if she used her atraction thingy then she would win but without it spiderman could take her, if he can at least tie wolverine in close combat then im preaty sure he can take her. Spiderman would have a damn hard time thats for sure.... I think the only thing he has going truely in his advantage is the "Luck" factor. How he's allways had the ability to pull a win out of his webshooting orphous. But yeah... realistically you may as well flip a coin..
