Excellent info, I'm going to wait one more day for replies on this, do you think I should get the 3 bottle set? I do live in Florida, im outside a decent amount (more then a cavemen) would I be overdoing it? Any info on taking a pill of kemp or something? I think i'll also look into the shower head, any links on the specific water filter you use or shower head you use would be ...

absolutely fabulous Donnay!!! The hemp protein I'll be looking into in about a week along with much more of the smoothie stuff, the shower filter ill be looking into today/tmrw along with a water filter and the vitamin D3 spray. Appreciate it very much.

Since you live in Florida there is absolutely no reason to waste your money buying vitamin D supplements! Stay outside in the sunshine a little every day and you are covered. Its another thing for me living here above the Arctic circle and having no sun at all for 3 months. I do take lots of cod fish oil and will supplement with solarium.

I cannot find anything entitled 'WILD' rice at my store, is there other names for it? Also what beans/lentils would yall suggest?
