Bordeaux wine lunch at Restaurant RDG, Houston! RECEPTION: Ch Leoville Barton '99 -- Smooth, mellow, no edges, cedar, velvet, tannins in abeyance. [EXCELLENT] Ch Les Ormes de Pez '03 -- Good vitality, herbs, rustic, raspberry, big fruit, deep, smoky, cedary, tannins integrated. [EXCELLENT] Served with (no photos)... Ahi Tuna Tartate w/Truffles Smoked Duck Beignets w/Buttermilk ...
