You mention you're aiming for 4-5k calories at the start, but near the end you say 300-500 above 2000k? you shouldn't really go by those sites that predict your maintenance calories, just gotta figure out what your body needs by trying yourself.
Minimising fat gain... try to keep saturated fat low, get your fats from peanut butter, extra ...
Before pics are coming along. And yeah I mistyped what I meant to say. I'm trying to increase food intake by 300-500 cals a week, and that my maintenancce is about 2000kcal. I use olive oil for cooking my eggs in the morning and I eat a scoop of natural peanut butter before bed along with some other stuff.

keep in mind that food quality is secondary to food quantity as far as body comp is concerned. ie watch the cals first and foremost. if you are getting fatter, you're probably going overboard and you should *reduce cals*, not clean ...
Good advice Weed thanks. So oddly enough my ass cheek is pretty sore today. I injected before I went to bed on Thursday night and on Friday there was no pain at all. It seems like it really poped up today for some reason. I was drinking last night so maybe that had something to do with it, but that was probably the last time I'll drink until the cycle is over.

Made it myself in Excel. You can populate the Food List tab with whatever you want and then use the "Nutrition Template" side to manipulate quantities and it'll calculate the calories and macros per gram of food.

skip the weight gainer bro. Throw some whey, skim milk, peanut butter and oats in a blender. If you don't have a blender, just use whey, milk and some kind of fat source (I use extra virgin olive oil, but it tastes like ****). assuming your protein and efa requirements are met, the rest is just calories. If you're interested in being healthy though, you should opt for better quality food.
