Am having issues to say the least with these knuckle draggers................. basically my folks have been Sky Customers for years and years and have had the full monty package with them (i.e. Telephone, sky plus and broadband) A few months ago started having problems with the TV in so much kept getting a message every 30 or 40 seconds about inserting our new Sky Viewing card. This happened to my Dad too, he tolerated it until it became insane and he did get it sorted but it took a new card and about a week of complaining.

I've got sick of the " Get a new card " crap - I have freesat from Sky after all the price hikes Sky tried to foist on Me - and the new card is only to enable people to get Sky 3 (crap), Fiver (Five repeats) and 5 US (crap now House has finished)..... I've taken the Sky box out and replaced it with a Hauppage Nova-HD-S2 Satellite card - I have the same as a Sky+ box with HD channels for £72...

Ask to speak to the Cancellations dept, you'll be amazed at how fast it will then be fixed.
