I would say so, as the email will have warned of this automatically happening.
Sky's Legal Team will surely have been involved.

On the service details page mine says: Your Broadband Usage Your usage allowance for this billing period is 10GB and you have used 3.45GB since 9 Dec. 18:53. That is clearly wrong as on the actual usage page it stats that I have used 3.45GB in total in the period.

Ok mine has just been updated with my latest bill and reset usage to '0'. The reduction of the usage is ludicrous imo However since day 1 of this forum, Sky have never ever enforced any caps. Times have changed, and to be honest, expected after 3 years of doing so. Yes times change, usage is just going to increase, and I feel Sky have made a grave error on this.
