Started 1 month, 2 weeks ago by Scottytunes

Robby sings the first section, then Herb sings the second section, then Warren and Eva team up on the third verse and chorus, then Robby, Herb, Warren, Eva and myself contribute vocally to the final chorus, although you'll mostly hear Warren and Eva in ...

Scott...... Wow....! This turned out really nice. This is the first time I really sat and listened to this all the way through. I was very pressed for time in the tracking stage so I found my place and recorded the tracks..... I really like the "Queen-like guitar sound" after my part. Robby sets the bar high on the first verse.... so I'm setting there waiting for my part..... ...

I had a sore throat, and the ex stopped by and was standing on my neck :-( Amazing performances by everyone else though!

Beautiful job guys and gals! Very nice performance, arrangement and recording. I've just got to add how impressed I am with the all the music I hear in this forum. It all beats the heck out of today's commercial radio. This amazing talent pool will keep me motivated in my efforts. Great job!

LpMike75, Thanks for that! NotNat, Thanks man. Much appreciated! I really need to remix this with the dynaudios though. I thing the bass is too loud, the acoustic guitar solo is too loud, and the acoustic rhythm guitar can't be heard, nor are the bells loud enough. i'll fix her up tomorrow. JSGlen, Thank you for your kind words. I hate ...

Excellent version of Silver Bells! Love it! Very nice, superb production, everything sounds clear in the mix :-)  but did you accidentally shift the lead vocal a little off center? (this occurs only in the first verse) check the track, fxs and the panning on the bus also. Great performances all round by; Warren, Eva, Robby, Herb and Scott.

" Blipp, WOW! Thanks man! I hope you meant stunning in a good way! Excellent musicianship? Holy smokes! I'm going to need a new hat! Thanks again for listening and for your comments. " A chick I dated recently said I was stunning? But I had a taser with me? So I dunno... :-( Greg , Scotty has a can at one end in an isolation booth? With a really tight string (I think it's a violin string? Streched to another can with a...

Who said anything about crappy piano playing?  It was all good.  No, it was all amazing.  You're one talented guy.  And talented at so many things.  Wow!  This is an amazing arrangement too.  I love it all!  :-)
