WOW Just read this thread and I am excited. My first boat will arrive soon!!! We "race" in Almeria, Spain. I am awaiting a Sigma 4 ARTR with race Zenoah . however this boat will run better on a c23 pipe than a cs26 that is offered in the deal. I have the boat and it has awesome potentials. if you place the CG a little backwards you will see fast speeds but it can be a liitle unstable and might need trim tabs. Move the CG back, gain speed, lose stability so put trim tabs on it to keep the bow down. Trim tabs cause drag so the speed disappears - total waste of time. I have been set up with fuel at around 34% (as has a friend) but have been moving forward with ballast to around 35 to 36%, handles much better. Dave has around 97km/h with the given setup and the boat is still able to race. Take your ...

I think the bottom line is that it is a very nice boat and it can take turns as fast as an FSR boat or it can be a very fast mono. i like the second choice bacause i am not using the boat for races. Also it can handle small waves better than i thought it would. At sea however you have to "lift" the nose a little in order to avoid a submerged boat during a turn (if there are small waves).
