This morning I ALMOST saw myself going out to our Trillium to do a mild winterization of it but the weather has not been co-operating for the last 3 weeks up here in the Pacific North Wet, so I hi-tailed it and ran back inside the security oy warm DRY shop to do a l'il clean up. Its not expected to freeze up here any time soon, so I can maybe aford to wait another week or ten days before I haul ...

Since we got our Boler a year ago, I have only seen one other fiberglass trailer on the road while we were towing - I only saw it from behind, but as I recall (this was months ago) it was a 13-foot Boler or Trillium, headed east away from Edmonton (Alberta) on the Yellowhead Highway (16). I was going faster than I wanted to drag our B1700, so it eventually vanished in the distance. I'm not sure ...

hey, jdtrotter, that may have been me, the Dutchman. Except I was traveling west. Dark green 4Runner, kayak with green cover, white Yakima luggage carrier. So, we ALMOST met?
I am going to start calling this town Casitasite. Two today. The first was a 17 footer tugged by a white SUV with Thule carrier, Oregon plate, Sisters on the Fly sticker in the back window. I chased you, not to see who you were, but to tell you your gas cans were leaking! I turned off when you zipped towards the LTVA. On main street, at the big laundry place, a Casita attached to a white pick up truck. Idaho plate, I think.
One for Donna.... This morning, eastbound (here) Lougheed highway (#7) a flat (suede) orange painted Boler of unknown year faithfully following its leader a mildly customized 53 Ford pickme up. The 'chick magnet' was painted a nice light bright red color and sported BRIGHT yellow flames!!!
Yesterday as I was departing after a pre-holiday visit in Chandler, what should I spy just 2 doors down but a lovely Casita. This being Arizona, the front plate can be anything and this one read "Ray and Ellen". My grey-matter started cooking to remember which FGRV member lives in Chandler. During this pondering process, a gentleman appeared at the driver's side window - startled me a bit, but this was...
10:30 am August 17, in the Coos Bay/North Bend area of Oregon, we spotted a 13' Scamp with Colorado plates being towed by a green Element (?). There were lots of bikes attached here and there too. We hope you were enjoying the glorious weather we've been having on the Oregon coast! Jeanne and Steve
Sunday, we finally saw our first fiberglass trailer on our trip from Chicago to Plymouth, MA. It was sitting right there as we came back to Ellis Haven Campground from Lexington and Concord. It is a Trillium. No one home though. Hi, if you see this. We are the UHaul farther down the road in the campground. However, we are leaving today (Monday). CindyL

TheDalles_pid655.jpg ( 29.4K ) Number of downloads: 29 Looks like a fiberglass trailer heading into Washington at The Dalles on highway 197. What do you think? Today on our way home from Sacramento on I-5 we saw heading south while we were heading north: 1. south of Corning, a black Casita pulled by a silver TV 2. north of Redding Scamp 3. north of Medford another scamp
Greetings from Tennessee, everyone! Well, way back in Lancaster, PA as we were leaving town, we spotted a Burro or U-Haul in a parking lot. D thought it was hooked to a teal-colored SUV, and I thought I saw a 'For Sale' sign in the front window. Traffic was ugly, so we did not try to got back to investigate. This may count as a 'cosmic' sighting ... When we checked into Otter Creek CG on the Blue Ridge Pkway, the...
HI Alf, yes we hit the migeratory flock in the sun belt as the weather was great and the only other place that we have seen so many fiberglass trailers is at the Oregon Gathering.
