AIM Sig Sauer P225/P6 9mm Pistol Sig Sauer P225/P6 9mm Pistol Heres the add. I'd be carrying inner waistband, my question is, is it a thicker gun like the Beretta 92? or does it have a narrow frame like a 1911? Reason being is that I carry a S&W 4043 and it ...

Sig makes a great gun with outstanding customer service as well. Their guns are very reliable and accurate, right out of the box. I own a 220 Stainless carry elite. It is a thicker gun, not quite as thick as a beretta, but thicker than a 1911. The balance of the pistol, when pointing, for me is perfect. It is a bit of a larger gun though.

Sig is very good gun. I would be very careful of a police trade in though. Often times Law Enforcement Officers take the worst care of their guns and if they get cleaned once a year it is a lot. After all, who takes care of anything they receive for free? You can get some great deals with a police trade in but you can get some real junk too.

They are great guns as long as they are in good condition. A lot of them are being imported from Germany from their police department. Some of them are in good condition, some are pretty rough. There a little thinner than the 226 or the Beretta 92FS. That's because there magazine is a single stack that holds only holds 8 rounds. But if you find one in good between $250 and $350 I would buy...

I have one and love it. It has a little wear on the finish but other than that is perfect shape. They are thinner than the 92 about the same as 1911. Mine came with extra mag and a holster. I think these guns are a best buy right now. I'll bet that when the supply of trade-ins dry's up these will go to 450.00 or 500.00. I see guys at the show's already asking 400.00 for them. Only problem you ...
