Yeah this is the thing: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GPMT-UD2H it's been offered to me really cheap, brand new and 3 years warrantied, it's actually surprising for me to receive cheap pricings since here (argentina) motherboards of mid range are about 150-200 dollars and this one it's only 80 dollars, ive been reading some reviews and seems like a great bang for my buck. Looks like a good board. Only concern is your power supply, as you must have an 8pin connector for the CPU (it's different from a PCIe 8pin connector). You also need DDR3 memory for this motherboard.

YES! Gigabyte makes awesome boards. Edit: why did you decide to go with OCZ ram?

Ok quick update: @JSTN: I thought you'd realize im using DDR3 when i wrote OCZ GOLD @1666 XD But yeah, they're DDr3 And about the power supply, yeah, it's making me worry too, i want to ask you guys, my PSU says this: ATX CONNECTORS 20+4 and Auxiliar 4 pin connector. That means it won't work??? Should i stretch and buy this: http://www.ocztechnology.com/product...m_power_sup ply...

Good looking mobo. I would like to find one for AMD AM3 with 2 PCI-e 2.0 slots that don't downscale in CF/SLI. If anyone knows of one please give me a heads up. Meantime, I'll check the boards here for one.
