What you've done by swapping all the wires is perfectly correct. I can't explain the difference you detect from before, do you mean with the sustainer running or just as a conventional guitar?

I just purchased and installed a SD TB4 in my Fernandes Dragonfly Elite. I installed it with a dpdt on on on switch for series/parallel/single operation. Each mode worked, however, when I switched to the bridge/middle selection, it sounded out of phase. So, I switched the green wire with the black wire, and the red wire with the white wire (wiring diagram attached). I'm still getting three ...

Hey, thanks very much. The difference I meant was as a conventional guitar. I think I was just hearing things. Actually, the pickup was adjusted differently when I checked it the second time, so that explains it. Thanks again!!
