I moved into my new address in June, there was a bill on the mat for £90 for the previous occupier, Severn Trent wouldn't let me start up a payment plan because i apparatly owe that money.
I have proof of my moving in date, the billl now stands at over £200 (Part of this is what i haven't paid because i can't get an account with them) I've tried ringing up on more than one occasion and get the...
