For more information on wbadmin, please refer to the following article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc75401 5.aspx We have also conducted some testing on the wbadmin tool. However, we find that a new system state file is spooled every time when a system state backup is performed, with different name. The development plan was updated on 6th August 2009 and I can't see any reference in the new version to System State support for Windows Server 2008. Also, I note that the release date of a stable v6.0 has been moved back by 3 months. Can someone please clarify if v6.0 will support Windows Server 2008?
