It short time. You can get rank first next Google will down your rank. Relevant backlinks and domain is very good pratice .But I dont think 2 weeks, a new domain can win.

yes!! that's the meta tag which is preventing search engines to cache your site. Remove that and it'll get cached in next crawl.

My sitelinks changed too. Now less important ones appear. Can't block them also.
