Thread: Seredyn works, but what about spaciness?

Hi guys, how is everyone. I got my seredyn and it works like a dream (haha) for sleep. It also seemed to calm down my anxiety. It is only two herbs, passion flower and valerian, both considered safe and an amino acid found in green tea l-thianine. Although it seems to calm me , Iam still having extreme spaciness in the morning. I teach preschool, so you can imagine this is not a good thing. Has ...

Glad to hear this is helping your sleep. Have you tried omega-3 fish oil, I'm not sure about spaciness, but I found it helpful for brain fog.

Mary - what time of day are you taking the sleep supplement? Could you take it earlier in the evening and maybe the spaciness wont be as bad in the mornings?

Another thing you could try is taking the ingredients separately, to see if one in particular is causing the problem. You should be able to get valerian, passionflower and theanine individually. Of course, that means finding them and forking out more $.
