What are some improvements would you like to make to yourself?
- I would like to lose ~10 pounds and get more definition in my abs and arms
- I would like to be more outgoing with girls
- Go out of my way to try to make more friends at school
- Eat less sweets and cut down on snacking

Pretty steep goal there. Best of luck, but don't be disappointed if you don't quite get that much. Realistically, the human body can only add 1 or 2 pounds of pure muscle a month. So hypothetically in 24 months you could get 48 pounds, but the odds are you're going to plateau a bit. 25-30 pounds would be a more realistic and very capable goal for you if you work hard. Seeing that I just broke up with my GF (read more about it in BTFs thread) I'm actually of the mindset that a re-evaluation is in order for ET's life. Here's what I have decided, I am sure that I will add to it:
1. Lose about 30 lbs (I was in the best shape of my life in 2006, when I was about 185 lbs. Need to get back there, pronto).
2. Rehab the hell out of my knee (I want to be ...

Idk about you guys but a few years ago my mom use the nicotine gum or whatever and that helped her alot with stopping. But she got back on it like 2 months later so idk. _________________
I smoke Marlboro Menthol 72s. What's weird is that I didn't smoke that much before the price went up and I was smoking Newport Lights. I started getting the 72s because they are cheaper but I wind up smoking one like every 30 minutes because they are so little. _________________

Probably the ONE thing I shouldn't be talking about, but I'll chime in with what someone else told me: We are born with two ears and one mouth...yet, do we listen with double the effectiveness than when we talk? I can personally say no to that. Take it for what it's worth...
Been working out and jogging for about two weeks everyday. Also quit smokin cigarettes (for the most part, had a few drags in this span) as well as started eating healthier. Just basically completely changed my lifestyle. Also stopped taking (completely legal and prescribed) pain medicine cause it didn't help anyways. And it's the best I've felt in years. back pain is all gone, the agonizing neck pain is still there - but MUCH...
I'm gettin back on the weight loss trail. Over the past 4 weeks, I've lost 7 pounds, which isn't that impressive, but you have to realize that Haloween was in there (and I ate TONS of candy) and I've had a couple of family dinners. I'm doing a new program, but its kinda radical, so I don't think I should post it here, but if you want to know about it, PM me and I'll send you the link.

Dude: This was me 3 months ago. You have to go out on a limb. Start with small compliments. After a while you just start becoming smooth with your conversations. My best friend (Whos a girl) told me I used to look down when a Girl smiled at me. Thats no longer a problem. I've been rejected . But its not as bad as you think it is.
