Really doesn't suprise me that you thought the case wasn't as nice as the others did, when you do the work there will always be things you think didn't go perfect or that you might do differently. I am a metal fabricator by trade and pretty much everything I make, I feel could be done better, It is the perfectionist in us that strives to do better each time. Well its more like they included the adapters to mount the radiator on the fan stack. The manual didn't really cover where to mount pumps/res/blocks. but ya the fact that they included that info is a huge step in the right direction.
