I will admit, I watch the Food Network. I like to cook; I find it very therapeutic after a tough day at work. Out of the female cooks on cooking shows, Giada is the only one I'll watch. But I like the recipes that Bobby Flay, Alton Brown and Gordon Ramsay demonstrate. I can vouch for Giada's Italian recipes. They are quite good. A bit bland for me, but very good.

Agreed about the 2 Fat Ladies. A real shame when the one passed away. I have the cookbook put out by Clarissa Dickson Wright(the survivor) and it is great. None of that pc nonsense about transfats, etc. There is also an entire chapter about game and wildfowl. She is an ardent supporter of hunting and harvesting game. Gotta love it.
