I'll probably be there for part of the ride. I have family in town so I can't take too long.

Happy to see my thoughts are possibly Excessive but not Extreme. Of course, you peeps in AZ make it tough to be Extreme.

We were planning on launching at 7:30 on SUNDAY but we could possibly delay that (and I'm speaking unilaterally now) start considering the drops in temperatures or if say someone was coming from the other side of town and wanted to join us **SUNDAY RIDE ONLY**

C2C2C is usually a > 100oz ride so Noel has offered to stash a few gallons of H2O near the San Juan road gate. Thanks!!! But everyone should still bring a full 100 oz bladder. For these longer rides, I find that a waterbottle full of Perpetuem (Hammer product) works really well for keeping up my energy level. For FOTP, I'll down 3 servings of Perpetuem thru the day to keep myself going ...

I invite you to join us next time. You'd love the less-traveled side of National. and btw... I rode 36 miles today since I...

The Sunday crew had an awesome day! We finished up a little before 1:30. No MAJOR mechanicals or bloodshed. Props to Maadjurguer for popping his cherry and riding strong (even with the knee issue) and Aaron for riding strong as well (since he is younger than me ) Happy 43rd Birthday FATTRAXX! I forgot my camera (D'oh!) so I have no proof that the ride actually even happened. It was a fantastic day! And I'll say we did a C2c2C, small...

I actually met Kathleen on this same ride like 8 years ago and had no idea what I'd gotten myself into back then. I was beat down and bleeding in short order and ended up bailing out on that ride pretty early on so I had a score to settle today! I'm stoked that I finished it and didn't feel like curlying up in the fetal position when I was done! It was great riding with everyone and meeting lots of new faces! Perfect weather if...

Awesome ride! 26+ miles with no mechanicals or blood. Bit chilly in the rain towards the end though. BIG thanks to Noelg for stashing the water for us!
