Thread: Saints Row Canceled?

Was the PS3 saints row canceled? I heard that it was but the Saints Row site says PS3 at the bottom, so was it?

no it was a rumor for a while, but it's been reconfirmed as coming out.

They cancelled Saints row for PS3 and instead they're making Saints Row 2 for both Xbox 360 and PS3. I doubt they'll start making SR1 after announcing that...

I don't know the answer but I did see a Saint's Row game box in the reserved section at Game Crazy just a month ago with a "coming soon" sticker on it. So, I don't know what that says.

I've heard that they cenceled SR1 to work on SR2, and that was from Gamespot

The first Saints Row for the PS3 has been cancelled, but Saints Row 2 is to be released on both the 360 and PS3. Yeah im pretty sure they cancelled Saints Row to focus on Saints Row 2 which we'll be getting, I gotta im not upset by this because theres still so many games + GTA4 still will pwn and it'd probably be crappy port anyways

Thats kinda A stupid decision because why would the PS3 people want SR2 if they don't know what SR1 is about? Not every PS3 owner has an 360. Its a shame they stopped it because I heard it had extra online modes and other things.
