They say it's a good idea if you are pregnant. Hopefully it was the shot and not the LIVE VIRUS version of the vaccine. It will immunize your baby for the first several months of it's life when it's not immunizable as well.

The vaccine is very similar to the vaccines used for seasonal influenza so there are no safety issues associated with it. Trust what your doctor says.

all you can do is wait and see. its a non tested vaccine so we dont really know what to expect. dont ever let any one talk you into doin something you dont want to do. doctors only know what they are taught by the drug companies that make this stuff. so you know about as much as they do.
