Well, they are right. There is no comparison between the iPhone and 9000!

Iphone3G-laggy to me, can only run one app at a time. Can't speak on a droid although the google os seems to be where its at. Just need a keyboard and the droids that I've played with are laggy also. BB- all my BBs work well, yes I've loaded beta OSs many times and yes some were down right junk. Nothing comes close to a bb for what I need. If a droid device would come out with a physical keyboard and one that isn't a pain...

Did you go through ATT to get your replacement or RIM?

Just yesterday I posted that I haven't had a problem with my bold...this morning I accidently dropped it on concrete and now I have a gray square blocking blocking 1/4 of my screen..what a bummer! Guess i have to get a replacement now!

the biggest problem that i had was buggy software. I had 2 [lost one and got another one from the carrier] and didn't have hardware issues with either.

I have had my Bold for almost a year...have not had any issues at all...there was a memory thing...memory got low and phone lagged a bit, but I also had a lot of apps installed. Did an OS update and my memory issues cleared up.my app memory right now is 19.
