If any of you follow the drivel in my blog you'll know I've been tinkering with a bit of programming in perl and php. http://rowing.servebeer.com/sub7.php is the result. It's nice to see some big numbers appearing on there. If anyone has any ideas for what to do with the data (one row per member, per day with name, addr, metres, date and δ_metres) - let me know. I've made it into an http...

Can't say as how I've ever knowingly listened to the record , so I can't comment on the quality of the music. Me neither. I bought it from iTunes ... not bothered to listen to it yet

Actually I am a bit peed off as I have been keeping a low profile and concentrating on rowing and looks what happens when I make a single off-topic remark Sorry thought smilies and stuff were there for a reason, sory you missed them.

PS I might get along to one of these Derby 5k midweek runs one day, (one of my running mates says that if you leave kit at the finish it is possible to get a train back to Brum around 8:05, so I will investigate further). if you wanted to do one let me know i'd be quite happy to pick you up and drop...
Trouble with weight class leagues would be the numbers Deborah with too many in some and very few in others. With our numbers then 5 leagues, mixed gender, based on ability surely makes more sense?
i bought it. already own the album - have done since it was first release - getting on for 20 years ago (how the f'k am I suddenly old enough to own anything that's nearly 20 years old?!!). RATM played at my Uni is 1993. I'd never heard of them so didn't bother going. Nadgers. Bought the album because of the cover (in this case, judging the album by the cover was very much correct - it's a picture of the guy who sets...
