nice to have you back Misty! No training for me tonight. Just felt real lazy! Loaded trailer for racing the first head race of the season...Runcorn. Its 4500m. Im doing it with a junior aged 16. She doesnt have anyone to row with and ddint want to single scull it. not sure how we will do as we have had to move up to race higher level to getg opposition. We not even been in a boat togetehr ...

If any of you follow the drivel in my blog you'll know I've been tinkering with a bit of programming in perl and php. http://rowing.servebeer.com/sub7.php is the result. It's nice to see some big numbers appearing on there. If anyone has any ideas for what to do with the data (one row per member, per day with name, addr, metres, date and δ_metres) - let me know. Nice, looks like I had a big day on September 19th I should really upload my metres more regularly instead of in monthly batch jobs...

Thanks for the welcomes back!! Last night did 5K @ 2.10.0 exactly (23 spm). It was a fair indication of where I am at the moment. The only way is up!! What was pleasing is that without planning it, or even thinking about it, it was .... s10mps to the nano-second!!

Trouble with weight class leagues would be the numbers Deborah with too many in some and very few in others. With our numbers then 5 leagues, mixed gender, based on ability surely makes more sense?

i bought it. already own the album - have done since it was first release - getting on for 20 years ago (how the f'k am I suddenly old enough to own anything that's nearly 20 years old?!!). RATM played at my Uni is 1993. I'd never heard of them so didn't bother going. Nadgers.
