1. In an announcement published less than 24 hours before the switchover reaches the Moel-Y-Parc transmitter group, the move of the digital multiplexes from Moel-Y-Parc to their new frequencies will not be complete until 2nd December, not the previously announced 25th November 2009.

It was on Open Access for a very short period of time and i think it was the French version. They must of bought an existing epg slot if they are going to launch the end of this year.
