from memory, I think the current guesstimate in the huge EPG thread is around 9th-11th May. I have a Samsung box too so I hope it's sooner than that, but it sounds realistic to me. There's still plenty of Thomson boxes to be updated.

Thanks Michael, I'll start turning it to standby overnight now.
Yet still no new epg on my 06 Sammy box, come on sky start rolling this out asap. I think it be another month before Sammy owners get it, so they can iron out the problems they have with the epg. So annoying it not yet on sammy or Amstrad boxes...

Probably none this week - my 3006 is still on the old EPG this morning.

Its a balls-up and sky know it.
We have now had the new EPG on three makes of box, The Thomson (May 2006 day one of Sky HD) got it in March and was completely stuffed by it. The Pace that replaced it got it in May and handled it fine and last week our Samsung multiroom got it and has taken it in its stride (even better than the Pace I would have to say). The comments about slowness etc are in my view 100% a result of the Thomson boxes struggling big time with the update and...
