Hi Jet, I can't remember if the reference number is shown on the receipt but I think it should be there somewhere. We usually write down the reference numbers before sending the applications.

Does anyone know where to find the 13 digit reference number to be able to track your passports returning from the Visa application centre? The VFS website mentions something about this number being shown on the receipt.

Yeah its on the receipt
Next to the word BARCODE and above the destination address
