Thread: Room themes

It's kind of a lake theme. It's the only room in the house with a view of the lake, it's painted a beautiful color of blue, and we have some great lake-related art. It's my favorite room in the house.

Nic's room is all University of Arizona, football and basketball memorabilia, including his sheets and blanket. I preferred his room in Tucson because we had painted the trim red, so now the beige walls with white trim look so boring. But time will change that. Elizabeth's room doesn't really have a theme. She has pale pink and green sheets, and her blanket is bright pastel colors with butterflies on it. We've just hung up...

Do you have themes for your child's room? I'm re-doing Roxy's as outer space themed. Glow in the dark stickers on the walls and ceilings, a planet mobile, space themed-rug and quilt for her bed...it's going to be awesome.

Joanna has a Noah's Ark theme in her room. Bedding, lamps, wallpaper border, blue carpet and paint. I'm sure it will change sometime soon.
