We just got one for our housewarming from our boss--how freakin' awesome! (If you'll remember, I posted a poll about whether I should have brownies or rice krispies as dessert--ya'll said brownies, so I did that and people ate them UP!) Anyone got any good recipes for the rotisserie? Or any meats/methods that come out particularly well? TIA

My uncle always made his prime rib roast in it. I'm sure you can just pop in any roast that you've seasoned to your preference and let 'er rotate. :)
