In honor of Sesame Street's 40th birthday..... ...Who is your favorite Sesame Street character? I always liked Oscar the Grouch.

Mr Hooper! But if we're talking about the muppets: I'm a little older than the SS market, but I was always able to relate to Cookie Monster Watching it with DD, I think Zoey is adorable -- you gotta love a monster who wants to be a ballerina!

What a great question!! My favorites are Grover/Super Grover and Snuffleupagus. I have a stuffed Snuffleupagus that travels in my truck where ever I go! DD loves Elmo!

My favorite regular Sesame Street character is Grover . . . I do a mean "Near/Far" impersonation. My favorite obscure characters are the Yip-Yips . . . you know, these guys: "Yip-yip-yip-yip-yip-yip-yip . . . Uh-huh-uh-huh-uh-huh-uh-huh . . . "

Wow, that's hard to choose. I watched Sesame Street when it first started out. Oscar always made laugh but I'll go with Big Bird because I played him in the 6th grade school play. My Mom made the coolest costume with the tall head and big eyes.
