A NZ VoIP number will work anywhere in the world just like your Skypein number. Unlike that however it can be ported to any provider whereas Skype numbers are unable to be ported and being SIP based gives you a much greater selection of hardware and software that you can use. Hi, most of wellington has now been cabinetised, which in laymens terms means you should be able to get good ADSL2+ broadband in most area which will give you speeds between 10-20Mb/s although most should see 15+Mb/s.
