Thread: Report showing the yearly total of shipping charges thru PP??

Started 4 weeks ago by rosemarie901
I like the reports that you can now get through PP showing your sales and fees. Someone please refresh my mind as to where I can find the total amount I've spent on shipping this year via PP. I print all of my labels thru PP but am drawing a blank on where the total might be found. Thanks.

You would need to download your report into an excel spreadsheet and then sort according to the shipper (USPS, UPS, etc.) and then sum the columns for each shipper. That is the only way I know how to do it. PayPal doesn't use very sophisticated software . Heck, I just wish they would have a search so that I can locate transactions from certain people quicker. Hope this helps.

You can also export to many accounting programs including Quicken and Quick Books.
