Ok, you took the Burger Town, now to back to the diner. Ok, you took the Diner, now go back to the resturaunt. Shameless mission design designed to keep you hopping around without having to load a new map.

They also skip back to a couple of the locations more than one time, which is kinda silly. The gameplay variety between the missions is pretty nice though.

One time Slashdot had a poll on what their readers thought were wrong with most scifi movies--and the same is true of many games: Number one, with some 40% of the vote (chosen from among some 5 options or so) was something akin to "Companies should stop spending $5 million on special effects and $5,000 on writing." As a writer myself, I couldn't agree more ^___~

Finished MW2 earlier today, and had a jolly good time of it. After I had a sec to sit away from the game, I realized that the story is completely fucking retarded. 1. From US Army Ranger to deep cover CIA Operative infiltrating the most dangerous terrorist du jour over night? What the fuck is that. 2. The Russians invade America because "an American killed Russian civilians." Red-phone, ...
