Give it a try. I couldn't recover fast enough. I would still be sore on Wed from Mondays workout. But, perhaps some people can get away with such a routine?

I recover very fast, so maybe.
I'm just scared of it taking too long.
Estimated finishing time of this ...
Why not try his beginner routine instead? Might be better.
Workout A
Back Squats 5x5
Chin-Ups or Pull-Ups 5x5
Dips or Bench Press 5x5
Wrist Work 2x10
Calves 2x15-20
Workout B
Front Squats 5x5
Rows 5x5
Standing Press 5x5
Deadlifts 3x5 (2 warm-up sets and 1 "stabilizer set")
Wrist Work 2x10
Calves 2x15-20
Week 1: A, B, A
Week 2: B, A, B
Week 3: A, B, ...
I prefer to work legs first, but in any case I would not start with BB curls.
Personally, I would work it this way.
*Squat
*Row
*Press
*Bench
*Dead
*BB curl (3 sets)
I would not dead with a weight heavier than my squat, and I would only do the three deads worksets. Your already warmed up for the deads. On Wed I would drop the deads, and do CGBP. Start out light, and ...

I will also try this routine in a couple of a months, but it must get really hard when you're hitting PR's on all your lifts, especially if you're past the beginner stage where you can add weights each session. So I guess you should aim for weekly progression on this routine after a while then?
a beginner with remarkable recovery could pull that off. I very much doubt Reg performed that routine without varying the intensity through the weeks and months.

I suggest incorporating calf work and bicep (if there is in this one). This is the same routine Reg Park recommends for people past the beggining stage programs of his routines. I have great recovery so I am adding in DB Curls. Also, I am making PR's but I need more work that's why I...
