Thread: Refusal of family visa, what to do next? PLEASE HELP

there are 4 points made about refusal. a) they are not satisfied they are geniune visitors as they are travelling as an entire family b) they believe as my sis inlaw has 5 siblings in UK, they have no evidence that they will not seek leave here too c) they do not believe there was sufficient evidence to indicate where there savings originated from d) our accomodation. issue is there are 4 of us already living here in a 3 bed semi detached...

What is the exact wording on the Refusal Notice?. How many are living in the house presently?. Does the applicant have any other close relative beside you?. If you can provide alternative accomadation without the need to rent it, then reapply rather than appeal. Alternatively ask the applicant not to bring kids with him on the visit, just let him come with his wife maybe one child, but not all 5 of them.
