Thread: Recommend an overlooked/underseen anime.

Does anyone here have any opinions of A Little Snow Fairy Sugar ? Anime News Network's Carlo Santos wrote a positive review of Sentai Filmworks' re-release . I remember seeing a couple of later volumes of the old Geneon release in the bargain bin at Wal-Mart but didn't pick them up because they weren't the first volume. Seems like something I might like.

Now and Then, Here and There A very dark, atmospheric wartime Anime about a teenager getting warped forward in time to a land that is barren with little to no water. There he's forced to serve in a division of the military that has children raid villages in search of recruits an water. All in all it's a very depressing anime that rarely lets up. If that's your type of thing, i highly recommend it.
