I'm a bachelor and hate to cook, so I tend to eat convenience foods, and that means lots of carbs. Over the years, in an effort to feed myself better, I developed various signature dishes that I made in large quantities and could eat up over a week. Looks yummy. One caveat: Watch the leftovers and how you react to them. I am discovering I do not handle reheated leftovers well ... MCS thinks onions and peppers, in particular, break down more.

I've never had a problem with leftover foods. In fact, the whole idea that a leftover food (which hasn't spoiled) can be bad for you is new to me.

I've never had a problem with leftover foods. In fact, the whole idea that a leftover food (which hasn't spoiled) can be bad for you is new to me.
