Recommended Books Hi. Just purchased a couple of books from amazon.. Hands on Reflexology, A complete guide... by Andrew James And An Introductory Guide To, Anatomy & Physiology... by Louise Tucker. £28 the pair - Free postage. Both are very good informative books and the latter even comes with a cd so you can use on your computer.. Hope this as been helpful.. steve

i would definitely recommend both of the louise tucker books as ITEC use these books for most of their questions. When i was studying i found wall charts very helpful too as you can pin them up in an obvious place and continuously be reminded about things. alex

www.funtrivia.com If you go into science/technology quizzes you should be able to find your way to the anatomy and health quizzes. There's questions on all the body systems and illnesses etc. Some of them are very similar to ITEC questions. The site seems to be down at the minute so I can't get a direct link. Theres a few quizzes on here as well. Just basic questions really, but it's helpful just to give yourself a quick quiz....

I found all Adelle Davis' books amazing when it comes to natural remedies. (Amazon) Came across her 35 years ago......and applying her remedies, vitamins all the way, has changed my health and life. Amazing remedies for most things.....check her out.
