Hi Ladies,
Well as they warn you in the books, my gums have started bleeding and feel so sore. Does anyone have anything they can suggest I can do or use before I get to the dentist?
Thanks Xxx
the only advice i can give is to keep brushig the gums even if they are sore as the problem will only esculate if you avoid them, its just pregnancy hormones making them more sensitive..and maybe try a mouthwash called corsodyl is great for gum probs x

I have noticed that my gums are more likely to bleed too (especially ...
I went to the dentist about the same thing on Tuesday and he advised me to use corsodyl twice a day. It's amazing - stopped the bleeding within 48 hours.

My dentist told me when I went for a check up if I was to suffer with sore bleeding gums to swap to a softer toothbrush and brush more gently but to make sure I did brush as extra plaque etc would make things worse!
Oh and use a gentle mouthwash to help kill bacteria in your mouth to avoid infections which would mean more soreness.
