The sales management team and and reps with 5 years experience are the burnt toast as they will not be retained nor will they have an easy time finding new positions. Unfortunatley you will now have to get a full time job and learn to stop complaining and actually work a full day. You will probably get what you are worth in this marked, $15-20/hour.
