So the steelbooks are 20 or just the regular movies? If I'm to order from Canada it has to be a steelbook lol but wouldn't Wall-E be reference quality as well?

Yep. I assume any of the re issues are going to be without inserts. So far all the ones that have been released didn't have inserts.
