Thread: Rare beef - ok for kids or not?

Coooked a really lovely joint of topside last night, set the oven for medium but it really is quite pink. Fine for me and dh, but is it ok for kids - trying to plan tonight's dinner!

absolutely fine and great to introduce them to how beef should be cooked early on in life.

My dd loves rare steak and is perfectly healthy.
