Recommendations? Optimum performance without killing me, lol .. Man, this rig is getting expensive!

Budget is open but I don't think I need the ultimate .. I would like to start with 6GB and move to 12 .. Im going to try and get my rig up to 4.4 with the 920.

I've not tried 12GB in the rampage, no doubt that amount will require a fair slug of IOH and QPI volts. 6GB kits like the Corsair Dominator GT, OCZ Blade or GSkill Perfect Storm are all popular and offer 2000mhz bandwidth with good timings. I would say forget the 2000mhz and just see how tight you can get the timings at around 1600mhz or for 4.4Ghz 1700mhz. OCZ also do reapers and ...

i have 12gb of ocz 15000(1800) in this board i can run it @ 1600 7.7.7.21 or 1725 8.8.8.24 with 1.375 qoi and 1.31 ioh
