How to replace Microsoft software

I have lost my Windows XP home edition CD with SP2. My hard disk on my second computer has crashed and I nned the CD to reinstall Windows XP. I bought the retail box version of XP, not the OEM version. How much will it cost for the replacement CD. Please let me know. Thanks. Regards
