Thread: Purple Wraath and additional BCAA?

Started 2 years, 6 months ago by RaferAlston26
I used the search button. Unfortunately the amount of threads that came up with purple wraath were huge. Couldn't find the answer to my question so here it is: So my main question is, when taking purple wraath should I take BCAAs on the side? If I do, how much more should I take? I only ask because it seems like the building blocks for Purple Wraath revolve around BCAAs.

I always mix a scoop of PW with 2 scoops of Xtend but that's a personal preference that has worked out great for me...and it tastes really good.

If you can afford extra BCAAs, there is no reason not to get them. They won't hurt you.

Like PT said.....Wraath has you covered, anything more seem like a waste of money to me. Wraath and Xtend? Your body only uses what it needs!!

If supplementing with Purple Wrath it makes supplementing with extra BCAA less of a necessity, I would say it depends on how much purple wrath your taking.

Wait Wrath doesnt have Glutamine though at all...would you guys take a bit after the workout or something maybe in a shake? I wish I had enough money to just pour Xtend into Wrath for taste....Im not gonna spend 100 bucks a month for some BCAAs ...thats ridiculous im sorry.
