Just open your C drive, program files should be right there. Realize that it might not be in program files, it may be in something like C:\Users\Public\Games. Also remember there's a second program files of 64bit programs if you're running 64 bit windows, so make sure you looking for the right one.

That depends if you have a 32bit or a 64bit OS. For 32bit OSes (includes 64bit programs in a 64bit OS), they are found in the C:/ drive as "Program Files". If you're in a 64bit OS and the program it'self is 32bit. They are found in the same drive, however it will be called "Program Files (x86)"

That's a folder for that game's start menu items, not program files Start button > Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files/Program Files (x86) The game location is usually something like C:\Program Files\<Publisher>\<Developer>\<Game>

Okay, usually, if you have a shortcut and you dont know where its going to, you should be able to right click, hit properties and then click 'Open Target' Generally: If you have a 64-bit OS, programs by default go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ natively 64-bit programs on a 64-bit Windows install go to C:\Program Files\ same for 32-bit programs on 32-bit. Application Data is in C:\...
