Thread: Preparing for first competition little more question

I have already taken Creatine Monohydrate Powder when I started Bodybuilding. Approx. 1 kg. I also Got fantastic results. good pump, size, strenth. But I am confused that is it advisable to continue with creatine, if yes when to leave it before competition. I have also another Question. Now I do cardio (trademill) 30 minutes in morning (slow) & in afternoon 30 minutes slow running in field ...

Cardio on empty or fed...whatever blows your hair back brother! Just don't do it on empty because you think you're burning more fat. Cardio creates a calorie drag over time - days, weeks, months. It really doesn't matter how much, if any, fat you're burning during the actual session. 2 things I would not do fasted are 1) High intensity cardio of any kind and 2) lifting.

unless it makes you retain a bunch of water (which it does in some people), then i would use it right up until the show.
