As many of you seem hopeful of a take-out off Inspired I thought it might be useful to raise some points in relation to the relative value of the ordinary shares vis a vis the preference shares. The current Enterprise value (EV) of the company is now around GBP 94 million (excl. any possible lease obligations) comprising of net debt of 60m, market value of prefs of 31m (@ 32p) and ordinary shares...

Wow zerosum1 great post. I knew of the pref shares and the impact on value for the ord shares if taken over but what I didn't know is we could trade the pref shares. Are you sure this is true and have you got the ticker code for them. I might try tomorrow.

zerosum1. a new account created to post on here about something another member continually moaned about a few weeks ago. shame! show your TRUE I.D. !!!! and why dont you also tell people that the price of the prefs is around 33p, requiring strike at 100p, meaning the equivalent ordinary shares currently at 3.75p only have to reach about 10p. if the prefs triple they realise their value, if ...
