Thread: Post Workout

What types of supplements do you guys take post workout? Right now all i take is a protein shake with glutamine before every workout, and some sort of complex carbs post workout

actually try moving the carbs to pre-workout, then at post work out, down a creatine product like Cellmass or size on. Carb up pre-workout fills your cells up with water and energy, during your workout, they get depleted, then post workout that's where the creatine comes in.

TORRENT by Universal. pretty much on da expensive side. but check it out.. buy it n try it.. yu like it buy it n use it.. can also try dark rage but imo torrent has a better profile. dark rage prbly has no protein as claimed!
